TSCA Title VI (Toxic Substances Control Act) Compliance Update

Upper Canada Forest Products is committed to providing key industry information for our customers and we will continue to provide relevant updates regarding new compliance dates and deadlines.

As of May 14, 2018, all Upper Canada documents including Order Acknowledgements, Packing Slips, and Invoices include the appropriate TSCA VI-CARB Claim. The tag number on all the Packing Slips will be traceable to its source, i.e. manufacturer name, lot number, assigned TSCA VI-CARB TPC (third party certifier) number and the TSCA VI-CARB MFG (manufacturing) product compliance statement.
