Ipe Deck 2Please measure you job carefully and order an additional 5% to cover jobsite waste. Don't run short! With the high minimum shipment costs in common carrier trucking plus the resultant job delay, it is far cheaper to order slightly over than to run out. We strongly recommend that you always call to confirm availability.

Billing:

Orders will be invoiced based on the Lineal footage actually shipped which may exceed the amount ordered by up to 5%.

Terms:

A 40 % deposit is required with all orders. Accounts with established credit history, sales will be invoiced with net 30 day terms. All other accounts will be sold on a C.O.D. basis and the balance due at time of delivery.
